I dance to nourish a healthy mind, body, and spirit. As a performer, I strive to move with purpose, exercise thought, and acknowledge the presence of my relationship with an audience. I believe dancing is illuminated by sound and technique elevated with an anatomical eye. I am a strong believer in dancing to create endorphins… because they make you happy.
